The personalization box is exclusively for specifying design preferences as
depicted in the image. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate customizations
unless requested prior to placing your order.
All our designs are DTF prints, employing a process called Direct to Film, which
transfers prints onto fabric using a heat-press mechanism.
Ordering Steps:
● Carefully review all provided information.
● Choose the shirt type, size, and color from the drop-down menus.
● If necessary, accurately specify design details in the personalization box
as specified.
● Add additional items by returning to step 1 if needed.
● Complete your order by entering payment and shipping information.
Product Details:
● T-shirt: material varies based on color,mostly all shirts are cotton and
poly blended. ( 50/50 estimate ) if you specifically need a 100% cotton
t-shirt please first message us to get information before placing an order.

Care Instructions:
● Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, avoid bleach and dry
cleaning, and refrain from ironing directly on the design.
Returns and Exchanges:
● Unless items arrive damaged or defective, we do not accept returns or
exchanges as each item is made-to-order.
Production and Shipping:
● Processing time for shirts is currently 3 business days. We do our best to
ship earliest in time.
● We work with multiple local shirt brands, focusing on sizing, material, and
color match.we try our best to depict the original color in real life but
colors can still vary due to lighting in the picture. it can be slightly darker or
lighter.
● Refunds or exchanges are not offered as each item is specifically made
per order.
● Contact us for any design modifications before placing your order to avoid
complications, if you do not ask and request before placing order we are
not responsible if the request is not done.

If an item is shown delivered we are not responsible for shipping another

International Orders:
● You are responsible for any customs charges incurred, as they are not
included in the shipping cost.
● We do not have authority to track packages once they leave the US, so
tracking will be provided by your local carrier.
